We are hoping to encourage some conversation as a community around different levels of engagement with the contributors and the audience to create a participatory process to design our own experience as members of the regenerative movement. Maybe you are just getting acquainted: learn. Maybe you are just getting to know the group: connect. Or you want to share information, time, energy, or resources: share. Or you want to get to work and create tangible projects in real life: act. What do you want to do?
I am looking forward to some expansive writing about psychology and education. Send me an email. See the end of the above post for instructions. You will need an author account on Substack to post articles. Once that is set up, send me the email address you used for the account, and I will send an invite for you to become a contributing author.
Thank you for the support everyone! We already have 32 subscribers since creating this publication on Friday. I have added six people so far as Public Contributors and there are nine other pending invites that I have sent out so far.
Some of the things we might want to discuss here are about how we might want to create a subscription base for financial support that can go to the writers of this publication. If we do set up a way of collecting paid subscriptions, how might we set up a Stripe account and direct the funds? This opens up a discussion about money and exchanges of time, energy, and resources. What does a regenerative economy look like? What does reciprocity look like? What does fairness look like? If people would like to be writers, how might we add authors, contributors, and administrators to the publication? What should our editorial process look like? How do we self-organize? What is synarchy and how does it work? Should we create a shared folder in Google Drive and edit and organize a publication strategy there? What should we publish? How often should we publish?
For now, if you would like to submit your writing to this publication, send an email message with the subject “Trimtab Contributor” and the email address of your Substack author account to me (bauhouse) at my Gmail account.
Count me in... let's jam!
